Mikee Goodman
ConsultantMikee was previously best known as an experimental vocalist and lyricist in pioneering band SikTh. He also co wrote and produced an album with Adrian Smith from Iron Maiden to add to his catalogue of albums.
That was until in 2016 he was approached to audition for Disco Elysium. He got the part voicing Ancient Reptilian Brain and the Limbic System. At that point these were the only voices in the game, but impressed by his voice acting and production skills, he was asked to find 6 more voices, after this he casted, recorded and directed the entire game.
Disco Elysium went on to achieve significant acclaim, winning multiple awards including the BAFTA for Best Debut Game, The Game Awards for Best Independent Game, and earning a spot in Time Magazine’s Top 10 Games of the Decade.
Since Disco, Mikee worked has worked on many games such as Martha is Dead, The Falconeer, Republic of Pirates and many more . He also directed actors such as Brian Blessed and Amelia Tyler.
Alex Furssedonn
Studio and Casting ManagerWith a broad range of experience – spanning from creating viral social and PR content with a 1.68 billion global reach to interviewing cult filmmakers during their tenure as Editor of a popular online publication – there is no task Alex won’t turn their hand to. Achieving a masters degree in Film, with experience in directing, casting, writing and more – their combination of creative and highly organised thinking is a rarity. Bringing their knowledge to The Voice Elysium – Alex will be working to connect projects with talented actors, and the daily operations at our private recording studio.

Business DevelopmentWith global experience, Mauro has over 20 years of experience driving company revenue across the telecoms, mobile and games industries. His extensive expertise and strategic insights across diverse environments have consistently contributed to the company’s growth and success. With a fresh, personal yet passionate approach to business development, he has opened up multiple new opportunities across territories and formats. He now brings these skills to The Voice Elysium to work with studios across the globe to give their projects a voice.
Jason Harman
Co-founderJason has been in the industry since 2004. He is a results driven, pragmatic operations director, and having successfully worked on over 80 games across all formats, there is little that will unsettle him. A tough negotiator with a technical and business background, that can adapt and set up all operational processes needed to ensure solid company foundations and growth. No challenge is too hard. Opposites attract with Jason and Leo, their thought processes creating well-rounded discussion about business strategy and opportunities. These complimentary skills, coupled with 20 years of working together, create a trusting and incredibly strong management double act that sit at the helm of this next chapter of The Voice Elysium.

Co-founderLeo, a seasoned professional in the video games industry since 1996, boasts an impressive portfolio of over 130 titles with sales exceeding 50 million units. From creating original hits to working on diverse platforms globally, Leo has excelled in various roles like product management, marketing, and now serves as the managing director. Leading Wired Productions for 16 years, Leo transformed it into a renowned indie publisher with a stellar reputation. With a wealth of ideas, a visionary outlook, and a passionate spirit, Leo is a driving force in the industry and a co-founder of Safe In Our World, a mental health charity for gamers. His passion for creativity and the video games industry has led him to The Voice Elysium , where his expertise will take the agency to the next level.
