Jamie Lenman is best known as the singer and guitarist in UK rock band Reuben, who toured and recorded relentlessly until the late 2000s, after which he became a solo performer in his own right. He has also illustrated a number of children’s books for publishers like Bloomsbury and Hachette, as well as being a regular writer and artist for Doctor Who Magazine.

Having dabbled in voice work during his time working on animation at The Guardian, Lenman chose to retire from the music industry in 2024 to focus on acting, presenting and modelling. He is due to release a book of his music-related artwork later this year.
